Merfolk often need a bit of water from their home habitat to keep them healthy while living on land, and this is the icy waters of the Arctic, for all my northernmost mer-friends.
-Frosted glass bottle full of aquamarine potion that swirls light aqua-blue with white highlights and sparkly bits of ice floating around.
- Lid is a hand-sculpted snowball with iridescent snowflakes that change in tone, depending on how the light hits them.
-Shoulders of bottle are hand-painted with frosty icicles and coated in a dusting of snow. These are painted with resin, so will not come off with cleaning or wear.
-Base of bottle is coated in iridescent snow.
- Aged label reads: "Bottled water of the polar glaciers, Breath of the Sea, Aids arctic merfolk living on land", and is sealed with water-resistant sealant for durability.
Just over 5" tall (13cm), 1 7/8" (4 1/2 cm) wide and deep.
I create life-size, realistically magical potions that look like they live in the wizarding world or a wizened old alchemist's workshop. They’re intended to look old and worn, while still pretty. I hand-age the labels, so they are faded and stained. Some are more stained and older looking than others, your collection will look authentic.

This was a part of my first purchase from Grim Sweetness Apothecary, and I was not disappointed! Breath of the Sea is so subtly beautiful, my pictures (taken quickly in low light) do it no justice. It’s even better in person! The frosted glass, blue potion, and glitter really does embody the feeling of coming from the Arctic. Would recommend! Very happy having it to start off my collection.
Everything about this package was magical. You can tell a lot of care was put into making this gorgeous potion. There are so many beautiful details and it looks so pretty and unique with the frosted glass. I love the magical little care instructions inside as well, complete with wax seal.
It's so pretty and truly does give ice cold artic vibes!!
