Scales of The Merfolk, A Decorative Apothecary Jar

Ethically collected, mermish scales are a colorful addition to any curiosity cabinet, witches apothecary or potions collection. These will make a beautiful gift for any lover or the sea, sirens, or myths in general.

-Curved glass jar is full of multi-hued iridescent scales. The colors are as shown, blue-green-aqua-purple-violet-silver-yellow.

-Label features vintage images of mermaids riding sea serpents, and is hand designed, aged, and printed on recycled paper. It’s been sealed with water resistant mod podge for durability.

-Neck wrapped in glass pearls strung on bronze wire, and aged light purple twine.  Textured bronze chain connects the pearl chain to a bronze medallion embedded in the wax. 

-Aged cork is drizzled with blue, purple and white marbled faux wax, with bronze medallion embedded. Cork is not glued- if you're concerned about a potential choking hazard, and want yours glued, please email us!

-Highly detailed, this is a high quality prop made to be enjoyed for many years.

-Just under 5 inches tall. (12 1/2 cm)

I create life size, realistically magical potions that look like they live in the wizarding world or a wizened old alchemists workshop. They’re intended to look old and worn, while still pretty. I hand age the labels, so they are faded and stained. Some are more stained and older looking than others, your collection will look authentic.
