Cursed Kykeon, A Decorative Color Changing Potion Bottle Prop

Ever get the urge to turn some men into pigs?

Kykeon was a hallucinogenic, nourishing, and chunky beverage made of wine, barley and goat cheese consumed (if not enjoyed) by the ancient Greeks.  It was famously cursed by Circe and fed to Odysseus and his men, turning them all into swine.  This cursed Kykeon had but one antidote, and that is petals or roots from the moly plant. 

-Palm sized oval glass bottle full of wine colored potion with chunky bits that sit in the bottom.  These bits float around in the thick potion when it's tipped or shaken, with the potion turning to a sparkling green with strong gold highlights and red lowlights when shaken.  The chunks interrupt the swirls and hold the sparkles in an interesting way.  It will settle down to solid wine red after an hour or so, and will color change indefinitely.

-Aged label featuring wild boar heraldry reads "Cursed Kykeon, Human to animal transformation potion".  Sealed with water resistant sealant for durability.

-Neck is wrapped in aged, heavy black twine affixing a black organza bag full of white dried flower petals with an aged label reading Moly. Three silver pig charms dangle down from an attached chain.

-Aged cork has been glued in with waterproof glue, and finished with drippy, earthy metallic green faux wax.

-Do not ingest, for decoration only.

-Just over 4 1/4" tall (11 cm), about 3 1/2' wide including the bag of antidote (9cm), 2 1/4" deep (6cm).

I create life size, realistically magical potions that look like they live in the wizarding world or a wizened old alchemists workshop. They’re intended to look old and worn, while still pretty. I hand age the labels, so they are faded and stained. Some are more stained and older looking than others, your collection will look authentic.
