Philter of Flight, A Color Change Fairy Potion Bottle Prop
Not all fairies are born with the gift of flight, so some of the fae use magical herbs and ingredients to achieve it. Philter of Flight is brewed with all the known flight inducing elements; Henbane, Aconite, Atropa Belladonna, Pixie Dust, and bottled fae magick.
-Glass apothecary bottle is filled with crisp sky blue potion that turns to swirling storm cloud silvery lavender, with flecks of silver lining when shaken. Will swirl indefinitely, but will settle down to sky blue after about 25 minutes of sitting still.
-Neck wrapped in aged sky blue twine with three long raindrop dangles made from iridescent glass beads.
-Aged cork is sealed with waterproof glue and finished with marbled, iridescent blue and purple faux wax.
-Detailed aged label is printed on recycled paper and sealed with water resistant sealant for durability.
- Though non toxic, do not ingest, for decoration only.
I create life size, realistically magical potions that look like they live in the wizarding world or a wizened old alchemists workshop. They’re intended to look old and worn, while still pretty. I hand age the labels, so they are faded and stained. Some are more stained and older looking than others, your collection will look authentic.
