Shipping policy

I ship within 5-7 days of receiving payment and always ship priority USPS if the shipping charge covers it. I use recycled boxes and recyclable packing peanuts.

If you have upgraded to express shipping, please shoot me a message. Etsy doesn't notify me of upgraded shipping, so I don't find out until I box orders. If you message me, I will get your order shipped quicker!

Etsy automatically combines shipping charges, based on the weight of the potions you choose. Sometimes, on larger orders, Etsy overcharges a bit. When that happens, I refund the overage to you. If you make multiple purchases to the same address, in a short time frame, I try to catch it and ship them together and refund the excess. It helps me if you message me to let me know you'd like them shipped together.

WEATHER WARNING: In freezing temperatures potions left in mailboxes or outside can freeze. Like all liquids they will expand and break the bottles. If ordering during colder weather please ensure you do not leave your orders outside after they have been delivered. 

INTERNATIONAL PEEPS: Please be aware of any customs charges that you country charges, I cannot ship these as gifts. If you refuse your package, I will refund you the cost of the bottles, but not the cost of shipping, as I will have paid that and can't get it back. Thank you!
